PerKUIS maintains an electronic acknowledgement record and a separately returned signed document. These are complementary records and do not replace any legal, statutory, professional or institutional process that may be required for a specific project.
Full identification numbers submitted through the website are encrypted at rest in the portal's acceptance record. The admin view displays only the last four characters.
Professional profile information is reviewed before publication. CVs and full onboarding records remain private unless separate permission is given.
